A little more about me..

This project, “Blood N Honey” is born from over 50 years of being a musician and recording studio owner. My music has always been the soundtrack for my life. Whether the song was written out of hard times or good times, it came from the depths of my being.

I picked up my first guitar at the age of nine and was instantly stricken. Little did I know I had found solace and a companion to carry me for a lifetime. From the very beginning I was writing and performing my own songs.

In my early teens, I began performing original music with my brother and by my late teens, we grew into a full band, “Preachers Feet”. We had the privilege and the honor of sharing stages with many of the top artists of that time.

During this same time, I partnered with Ben King to build and operate Lamb and Lion recording studios in North Miami Beach. But the busy times of performing, rehearsals, and recording other clients left little time for my own recording projects.

Flash forward a few decades! After meeting a new Production Engineer, the amazing Joe Evin, we built a studio, MT Minds Recording Studio, solely for us to work on our solo projects undistracted.

Blood N Honey is a true labor of love. Songs written over many decades, finally brought to life with a few new surprises thrown in along the way.
